How to Increase Breast Milk: Home Remedies, Things to Take Care

Due to various factors, some newly pregnant women may not produce enough milk to fill their breasts. Cool it a little and drink it sip by sip 15-20 minutes before sleeping. Eat the powder put in it as well. This experiment must be done for at least 40 days. Take 6 to 7 almonds and keep them immersed in water, after a few hours, take out its skin and consume it. Consume it daily. It produces essential nutrients in milk.

  1. Ingredients: Fennel seeds and a glass of water

Take one spoon of fennel and mix it well in a glass of water, and let it stay in the water for the whole night. Consume this water with fennel in the morning.

  1. Ingredients: Cumin, Sugar and Milk

Take one teaspoon roasted cumin powder and one teaspoon sugar and mix it in a glass of cow’s milk. Consume this mixture twice a day.

  1. Ingredients: Garlic and Salt

Take 6 to 7 cloves of garlic and roast them without peeling them, stop roasting the garlic when it turns brown, peel the roasted garlic and add salt to taste it well. Consume these garlic daily, garlic provides essential dressing elements in milk.

  1. Ingredients: drumstick, lemon, salt and water

Take some drumsticks or drumsticks and cut them into few pieces, heat the drumstick pieces with two glasses of water in a pressure cooker for 3 whistles, mash the boiled drumsticks with its water and then strain it with the help of a sieve, squeeze the juice of one lemon into the strained drumstick juice and add salt to taste, take half a glass of drumstick juice and consume it daily. This home remedy increases the production of breast milk.

 

In conclusion, even if there are a lot of natural solutions that are frequently recommended to boost breast milk production, it’s crucial to use caution when implementing these tactics. While some treatments, like drinking plenty of water, eating a balanced diet, and getting enough sleep, might improve general health, their effects on boosting breast milk supply may differ from person to person.
