  1. Amla Powder- Soak amla powder and keep it for some time. Filter it into mixed lemon juice and drink it as soon as you wake up in the morning.
  1. Amla Turmeric and Fenugreek– take all three in equal quantity and grind them to make powder. Take one spoonful of this powder with water in the morning, afternoon and evening. The benefits will be visible within two months.
  2. Bay Leaf- Crush bay leaf and filter it with a cloth and make powder. As soon as you wake up in the morning, take this powder in the quantity of five grams with lukewarm water. There will be benefits for diabetes within ten days.
  1. Mango and Jamun– Take mango and jamun juice mixed in equal quantities thrice a day continuously for one month. It will be beneficial.
